Chris is the Client Support Manager for Behneem LLC, the holding company that houses Epsilen.

Chris has years of experience in the customer service arena, including an extended tenure dealing with escalated issues at BMG Music Service.  From 2000 to 2008, Chris served in a variety of capacities at Angie's List, including member services and quality assurance.

Chris was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, and holds a BA in English (Film) from the University of Delaware.  He currently lives in Carmel, Indiana.
